    How I work

    Every situation is different and requires its own approach. I do not offer a fixed solution, but provide a framework and thinking power at the start of an engagement. For this, I draw on all my experience and the tools I have gained in various advisory and leadership roles.

    This allows me to move fluidly between education and strategy, transformation and implementation. Between executives, supervisors, PE shareholders and employees, and CEOs and PE partners. What a company needs shifts, and so do I.
